Return Eligibility
- Items received damaged or defective
- Items received do not match your order (wrong size, color, or product)
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale / clearance items
- Custom or special order items
Return Timeframe
- Return request must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the item
How to Return
- Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Attach unboxing video and product photos
- Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping back
Return Shipping
- If the error is from us, return shipping will be covered
- If the error is from customer, shipping cost is borne by customer
Refund Policy
- Refund is processed after item inspection
- Refund will be issued within 3–7 working days
- Refund will be made via original payment method
